2 tablespoons sofrito
1 tablespoon of garlic
1 tablespoon of All purpose Seasoning with Achiote - Tones
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon beef flavor bouillon
6 to 8 Bolillo Breads or Water Loaf
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
3/4 cup of ketchup
2 to 3 tablespoons orange juice or juice of half orange
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon of yellow mustard
1 bag of coleslaw or 1/2 cabbage, finely chopped
1 tablespoon of salt
1 red onion chopped into thin strips
1/2 white onion chopped into thin strips
vinegar to cover the chopped onion
1 to 2 tomatoes cut into slices
optional: lettuce leaves
