Start by preparing 1.5 pounds of lump and jumbo lump crab meat.
Crush saltine crackers in a Ziploc bag or food processor to make crumbs.
In a bowl, combine 1/2 cup mayonnaise, Old Bay hot sauce, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, sweet pickle juice, Old Bay seasoning, all-purpose seasoning, and 1 teaspoon lemon juice. Mix well.
Add 1 egg to the mixture and whisk until combined.
Gently fold in the crab meat, being careful not to break the lumps.
Add 1/2 to 3/4 cup of saltine cracker crumbs and fold in until just combined.
Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees and line a baking sheet with foil.
Form the crab mixture into patties and place them on the baking sheet.
Sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning and bake for 12-15 minutes.
Broil for 2-3 minutes to brown the tops, brushing with melted butter during the last 5 minutes.
