Preheat the oven to 225°F (107°C).
Prepare a cookie sheet for the nuts.
Measure out 4 cups of almonds (approximately 700 g or 1.5 pounds).
Spread the almonds evenly on the cookie sheet.
Place the cookie sheet in the oven and roast the almonds for 20 minutes, checking occasionally to prevent burning.
To check for doneness, remove one almond, cut it in half, and ensure it looks slightly beige; if it looks brown, remove them from the oven.
Once roasted, add 1/4 cup of Bragg's Liquid Aminos to the hot almonds, stirring to combine.
Next, add 1/3 cup of nutritional yeast, stirring again to mix well.
Finally, add approximately 2 teaspoons of DOL seaweed flakes and stir to combine.
Spread the seasoned almonds back onto the cookie sheet and return them to the oven for an additional 20-25 minutes, keeping an eye on them to ensure even toasting.
If the almonds feel damp, set the timer for another 10-15 minutes or turn off the oven and let them dry out in the residual heat.
