Add the rice and soak it overnight in the turmeric water.

Add 250 ml coconut milk, 2 lemongrass, ginger, galangal, 3 kaffir lime leaves, 3 bay leaves, 2 pandan leaves, and 1/2 tsp salt to the rice.

Add the yellow, turmeric-soaked rice to the rice cooker.
