Honey is a natural sweetener with flavor.
Mix 300 ml water with 1 teaspoon of yeast and let it dissolve.
Add 400 g of white flour and 75 g of whole wheat flour to the mixture.
Add 1 teaspoon of salt and stir everything together.
Leave the mixture for 10 minutes to allow gluten to develop.
After 10 minutes, lightly knead the dough until smooth and silky.
Oil the dough and shape it into a ball, then place it back in the bowl and cover it with a cloth.
Let the dough rise until it has increased by half.
Shape the dough into a loaf and let it rise again until increased by half.
Slash the top of the loaf before baking.
Bake the loaf for 40 minutes.
