1 cup chopped white onions
1 1/2 cups ground beef
red chili's
1 tsp lime juice
2 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp fish oil
1 tblsp oyster sauce
1 tblsp hoisin sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
1 cup finely chopped mushrooms
1 cup finely chopped water chestnuts
1/4 tsp chili pepper
1 tsp sesame oil
salt
1 1/2 tsp cornstarch
1/4 cup water
2 tblsp chopped coriander leaves
lettuce
1 tsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp fish oil
2 tsp water

In a hot pan, pour in your oil, garlic, ginger, chopped white onions and stir.

Add in your ground beef to the pan, and let cook for 15 minutes.

Next, add in your chili peppers (to taste), lime juice, brown sugar, fish oil, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, chopped mushrooms, and finally chopped water chestnuts.

Stir all that well, along with covering it and letting it cook for 15 more minutes.

Then, add in your chili pepper, and sesame oil. Cover and let that cook for 8-10 more minutes.

Add in your salt (to taste if needed).

Then, pour in your cornstarch & water paste slowly and stir once again.

Mix in finally your coriander leaves.

In a small bowl, pour in your oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, fish oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, chili pepper, brown sugar, lime juice, red chili's (to taste), and enough water to make the sauce how thin you prefer, about 2 tsp's of water.

Stir it all well, and pour into a smaller bowl.

To assemble, take a bit of your beef mixture and put an appropriate amount of it onto a lettuce, and drizzle some sauce on top.
