Punch down the dough and divide it into equal portions.
Shape each portion into a ball and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cover the shaped buns and let rise for another 30-45 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Bake buns for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Allow buns to cool slightly before filling with jam.
Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm.
