Red Snapper Stuffed with Crab and Shrimp

Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Clean and gut the red snapper, then pat dry with paper towels.
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté chopped onion and bell pepper until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
In a bowl, combine crab meat, shrimp, sautéed vegetables, breadcrumbs, parsley, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
Stuff the mixture into the cavity of the red snapper, pressing gently to pack it in.
Place the stuffed snapper on a greased baking dish and drizzle with melted butter and white wine.
Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
