Pear Salad

1/2 cup walnut halves
2 tablespoons grapeseed oil
1/2 teaspoon pink salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
4 cups mixed greens
2 orange pears, sliced
4 radishes, sliced
1 European cucumber, sliced
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Preheat the oven.

In a pan, add walnut halves and drizzle with grapeseed oil.

Sprinkle a pinch of pink salt over the walnuts.

Add a small amount of cayenne pepper (about a teaspoon) to the walnuts.

Mix in one tablespoon of sugar with the walnuts.

Add one teaspoon of cinnamon to the walnut mixture and mix well.
