Rinse lettuce and spinach and spin dry in a salad spinner.
Pour out 1/2 cup of walnuts or pecans and heat a frying pan over medium temperature with a little butter.
Melt the butter in the pan, then add the walnuts and toast for about 5 minutes until browned and bubbling.
Remove the walnuts from the heat and drain on a paper towel to cool.
In a salad bowl, combine the rinsed lettuce and spinach.
Core the pear and cut it into small pieces, removing any unwanted parts.
Add the diced pear to the salad bowl.
Place P chips in a Ziploc bag, squeeze out the air, and crush them with a rolling pin.
Add the crushed P chips to the salad.
Add feta cheese to the salad to taste.
Once cooled, add the toasted walnuts to the salad.
To make the dressing, add 1/2 cup of olive oil, 1/2 cup of sugar, 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar, 2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce, and 1/2 teaspoon of paprika to a blender.
Blend the dressing until thoroughly mixed, shaking and mixing halfway through.
Pour the dressing over the salad before serving.
