Welcome to Booze On The Rocks, today we're making the Angel Face Cocktail.

The recipe is an equal parts cocktail, so we will use 1 oz (30 ml) of each ingredient.

Start with 1 oz of gin (using Tanqueray gin).

Next, add 1 oz of apple brandy (using Laird's Apple Jack).

Then, add 1 oz of apricot brandy (using Bols apricot brandy).

Instead of shaking, we will stir the ingredients to chill and dilute them.

Stir for about 30 seconds until well mixed and chilled.

Prepare a cocktail glass and use a Hawthorne strainer to pour the mixture into the glass, keeping the ice out.

Garnish is optional; some recipes suggest an orange peel, but it's not necessary.
