Start by preparing your ingredients for the cocktail.

Measure 30 ml (1 ounce) of gin and pour it into the cocktail shaker.

Measure 30 ml (1 ounce) of apricot brandy liqueur and add it to the shaker.

Measure 30 ml (1 ounce) of apple brandy (Calvados) and add it to the shaker.

Fill the shaker with lots of ice to prevent dilution while stirring.

Stir the mixture gently to chill it without diluting too much.

Strain the cocktail into a glass (the creator uses a 1924 cuphead glass).

Garnish with a thin slice of apple on the side of the glass.
