Add 1 ounce (30 ml) of apricot liqueur, specifically Pecset's BRAC.

Include 1 ounce (30 ml) of apple brandy, using Caval dos.

Fill a mixing glass two-thirds with ice.

Stir the mixture for about 60 revolutions, gauging the temperature with your hand at the bottom of the glass.

Test the chill of the cocktail to ensure it's to your liking.

Serve in a Nick and Nora glass using a Hawthorne strainer.
