In a large pot, add 4 cups of water and bring it to a boil.

Add 250 g of chicken breast and cook until done.

Stir in 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Add 1/3 cup of cubed carrot to the pot.

Mix in 2 tsp of chilli sauce, 2 tsp of soya sauce, and 1 tblsp of tomato ketchup.

In a small bowl, mix 2 to 3 tblsp of corn flour with 1/3 cup of water to create a slurry.

Add the corn flour slurry to the soup to thicken it.

Crack in 1 egg and stir gently to create egg ribbons in the soup.

Finish with chopped spring onion and a splash of lemon juice before serving.
