Start by taking 500 grams of bone-in chicken.

Add 8-10 cloves of garlic, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder, and 1 teaspoon salt to the chicken.

Boil the chicken with 3 glasses of water for 10 minutes, adding 1 tablespoon of vinegar to help it cook faster.
