2 carrots, chopped
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 cup onions, chopped
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon minced ginger
4 cups water
1 habanero pepper, sliced
1 tablespoon corn starch
