Continue blending until the peanut butter transitions to a paste-like consistency, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Blend until the peanut butter becomes loose and shiny, about 3 to 4 minutes total.

Add about a quarter of a teaspoon of kosher salt (up to half a teaspoon for traditional salted flavor) and blend for another 10 to 15 seconds.

Transfer the peanut butter to a 16-ounce mason jar or an old peanut butter jar.

Store the peanut butter in a cool dry place or in the refrigerator for a firmer texture.
