Coconut oil adds flavor while being healthier.

Roast 2 cups of peanuts and remove the skin by rubbing them in a kitchen towel.

Add the roasted peanuts to a small wet and dry grinder.

Add 1/4 teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt to the grinder.

Cover the grinder and pulse it a couple of times to crush the peanuts.

Mix the crushed peanuts with a spoon and grind on the first speed for 30 seconds.

After 30 seconds, mix again with a spoon and grind for another 30 seconds until the peanut butter is thick and creamy.

Transfer the peanut butter into an airtight glass container and cover it.
