1/8 Tsp. White or Black Pepper
Olive Oil (A Splash)
2-3 Shakes Of Dried Parsley
1 Lb. Ground Beef
1 Lb. Ground Lamb
1 Tsp. Cumin
1 Tsp. Parsley
1 Tsp. Oregano
1/2 Tsp. White or Black Pepper
Splash of Olive Oil
2 Tbsp. Seasoned Salt
2 Tbsp. Onion Powder
1 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 Tsp. Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1 Tbsp. Chopped Fresh Mint (Optional)

Prepare the sauce by combining the cucumber, plain yogurt, lemon juice, fresh dill, fresh mint, minced garlic, salt, pepper, a splash of olive oil, and dried parsley in a bowl. Mix well and set aside.

In a separate bowl, combine the ground beef and ground lamb with cumin, parsley, oregano, pepper, olive oil, seasoned salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined.

Form the meat mixture into patties or sliders.

Cook the patties on a grill or stovetop until they reach the desired doneness.

Assemble the burgers by placing the patties on buns and topping with sliced tomatoes, red onions, and optional mayo.
