Peel off the skin of two cucumbers and wash them.
Shred the two cucumbers, put them on a filter and with the help of a spoon press the shredded cucumber to make sure all the water comes out, let it rest for an hour and repeat the process.
Add four big spoonfuls of yogurt and mix it all together until it’s the perfect texture.
Add one small spoonful of minced garlic, one spoonful of salt and pepper, mix it all together.
