120g ground pork
½ onion
2tbsp minced Portuguese chorizo
2tbsp soy sauce
2tbsp dark soy sauce
1tsp white peppers
2tbsp chopped spring onions

Diced the potato into cubes, wash off the starch, soak in salt water for 10 minutes, drained off water.

Heat rice bran oil or any deep fry oil until 190 C, fried the potato until golden brown, tossed with pinch of salt and set aside.

In a wok, put 2 tbsp of oil, put in pork minced stir fry until almost cooked, add in onions and beef minced, soy sauce, dark soy sauce and white pepper.

Fry until cooked, add chorizo, after 2 mins, add chopped spring onions, put in the serving plate and dress the fry potato on the side.
