Put selected beef, macro fish, and chicken in a pot.
Season proteins with ginger, onions, green bell pepper, garlic, and hot pepper; blend until smooth and pour over proteins.
Season with salt and allow to steam for 10-15 minutes without heat.
Stir the meat after 3 minutes to prevent sticking.
Blend peanut butter until creamy and smooth.
Add about 1 cup of plum tomatoes to the peanut butter and blend.
Pour blended mixture into a saucepan with chopped onions and stir.
Cook on low to medium heat for 10 minutes, covered, until bubbly.
Check on the meat and set aside the chicken to avoid overcooking.
Add tomato puree to the tougher meat and continue cooking.
Stir the peanut butter mixture, cover, and cook for 5-7 minutes until oil releases.
Pour the peanut butter mixture into the steamed meat and rinse the blender with hot water, adding it to the pot.
Add habanero peppers, fresh tomatoes, more onions, and carrots to the pot.
Add macro fish and blend all vegetables, pouring back into the pot.
Rinse the blender with water and stir gently.
Allow to boil for 15-20 minutes, then add the steamed chicken back in.
Cook for an additional 20-25 minutes until ready.
