1-2 tbsp dark soy sauce
1/2 onion
3 garlic cloves
1 1/2 lbs shredded chicken
2 Indonesian bay leaves
2-3 slices galangal
1 large chicken cube
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
4 eggs
1/2 tsp milk
