Cut beef into larger pieces.
Chop vegetables into larger pieces: potatoes, carrots, leek, onions, garlic, green beans, tomato, green pepper, red pepper, and peas.
Add tougher vegetables first, such as carrots and green beans.
Add chopped onions and garlic as desired.
Add 1 liter of water to the pot.
Season with a pinch of salt and other preferred spices.
Stir in 3-4 tablespoons of tomato sauce and 2 tablespoons of Ajvar.
Cook on low temperature for about 2 hours.
Serve immediately.
