1 cup onions, finely chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
4 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
1/2 cup water
1 large egg

Peel and grate the potatoes into a large bowl.
