3.4 tablespoon Chili paste
2 large shallots
2 1/2 teaspoons sugar/ palm sugar
4 tablespoons oil
1/2 onion, sliced
2 garlic cloves
2 teaspoon tamarind paste/juice
1 cube seafood/fish(anchovy ) - ikan bilis stock
59 ml water (1/4 cup)

Prepare the shallots and garlic in a blender.
