Return sausages to the skillet and cover; simmer for 20 minutes until sausages are cooked through.
Stir in Worcestershire sauce and mustard; adjust seasoning if necessary.
Add chopped carrots and peas; cook for an additional 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Remove bay leaves before serving.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
