Place the spiral sliced Cherrywood smoked ham cut side down in a 6-quart slow cooker.
In a pan, combine 3/4 cup of brown sugar, 1/2 cup of honey, 1/4 cup of Dijon mustard, 1/2 cup of water, and 4 roughly chopped cloves of garlic.
Add 10 whole cloves to the mixture.
Whisk the ingredients until combined.
Heat the mixture on medium heat for about 5 minutes until it thickens slightly.
Strain the glaze to remove the garlic and cloves.
Pour the glaze directly over the ham in the slow cooker.
Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for about 4 hours, flipping the ham halfway through if desired.
After 3 and a half hours, check the ham for doneness and pour any remaining juices over it before serving.
