Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Prepare the filling by whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
Fold in fruit preserves and gelatin dissolved in lemon juice.
Once the cake is cool, slice it horizontally into two layers.
Spread the filling evenly between the layers.
Melt chocolate and drizzle over the top of the cake.
Garnish with chopped hazelnuts and powdered sugar before serving.
