Brazilian Farofa with Bacon and Plantains

Fry 150 g of bacon in a skillet without adding oil, allowing it to cook in its own fat.
Cut calabresa into cubes and set aside after frying the bacon.
Peel and cube a small pineapple, draining it in a strainer to remove excess water.
Once the bacon is crispy, remove it from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add 1 tablespoon of margarine and the drained pineapple, cooking on high heat until golden brown on one side before flipping.
Remove the pineapple and set aside with the bacon and calabresa.
In the same skillet, add garlic, a pinch of salt, half an onion, and a piece of bell pepper, cooking until the onion is translucent.
Mix the previously fried bacon, calabresa, and pineapple back into the skillet.
Lower the heat to minimum and gradually add cassava flour to the mixture, adjusting the amount to taste.
Add chopped green onions and mix well, tasting for salt and adjusting as necessary.
