Spanish Gazpacho Soup

Roughly chop the red and green peppers, removing the seeds.
Add half a Spanish onion to the mix.
Peel and prepare the garlic, removing the inner germ if desired.
Roughly chop 6 tomatoes, quartering them.
Cut about a quarter of a cucumber, leaving the skin on.
Add stale bread to the mixture for body.
Pour in about a glass of water.
Add a good pinch of salt and black pepper.
Drizzle in sherry vinegar for flavor.
Add a generous pinch of cumin.
Add a couple of ice cubes to keep the mixture cold while blending.
Blend the mixture until smooth, adjusting texture as desired.
Pour the blended soup into a bowl.
Garnish with fried bread or croutons, additional diced vegetables, and a drizzle of olive oil.
