100g silken tofu (1/3 block)
200ml unsweetened soy milk
2 tsp matcha powder (A)
2 tbsp Lakanto S granules (A)
boiled red beans (as needed)
kinako (roasted soybean flour, as needed)
2 tbsp water (for gelatin)

Prep: Soak gelatin in water in a bowl.

Mix (A) in a bowl with a whisk. Add silken tofu and mix until smooth.

Add soy milk to (1), mix until smooth, and heat in a 600W microwave for 1 minute.

Heat gelatin in a 600W microwave for 20 seconds to dissolve, add to (2), and mix quickly.

Pour (3) into containers and chill in the fridge for 1 hour or more.

Once set, top with boiled red beans and kinako. Done!
