Once the noodles are cooked, pick them directly from the boiling water and place them onto the dish with the sauce.
Mix the noodles and sauce together, adding about 3 to 4 tablespoons of pasta water to achieve a smoother consistency.
Adjust the amount of pasta water to your preference for a wetter or thicker sauce.
Add chopped scallion and top with shredded cucumber if desired.
Serve and enjoy your peanut noodles.
