- ●parmesan cheese

Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
- 2Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until thin and round.
- 3Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
- 4Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce over the dough, leaving a border.
- 5Tear fresh mozzarella into pieces and distribute evenly on top of the sauce.
- 6Sprinkle salt, black pepper, and oregano over the cheese.
- 7Drizzle olive oil lightly over the pizza.
- 8Add fresh basil leaves on top of the cheese.
- 9Bake in the preheated oven until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbling, about 10-12 minutes.
- 10Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute.
- 11Slice the pizza and serve hot.

- ●1 cup breadcrumbs
- ●1 cup marinara sauce

- ●1 tsp dried oregano
- ●1 tsp garlic powder
- ●1/2 tsp salt
- ●1/4 tsp black pepper
- ●1 pre-made pizza crust
- ●Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- 1Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2Sprinkle salt on the eggplant slices and let them sit for about 30 minutes to draw out moisture. Rinse and pat dry.
- 3Set up a breading station: Place flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and breadcrumbs mixed with oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a third bowl.
- 4Dredge each eggplant slice in flour, dip in the beaten eggs, and then coat with the breadcrumb mixture. Place on a baking sheet.
- 5Bake the breaded eggplant slices in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- 6While the eggplant is baking, prepare the pizza crust according to package instructions.
- 7Spread a layer of marinara sauce over the pizza crust.
- 8Once the eggplant is done, layer the baked eggplant slices on top of the marinara sauce.
- 9Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese over the eggplant slices.
- 10Bake the pizza in the oven for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- 11Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired, slice, and serve.
