Roll the gluten-free donut dough into a ball and flatten it.
Heat oil to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Gently place the flattened dough in the oil.
Watch the dough rise and puff up in the oil.
Fry the dough for 2 minutes on one side, then flip them over.
Remove the doughnuts when they are nice and brown on all sides and floating in the oil.
Let the doughnuts drip and place them onto paper towels to absorb excess oil.
Take a piping tip and make a hole in the bottom of each donut hole.
Fill a piping bag (or a ziplock bag with the end cut) with jam.
Squeeze the jam into the donut hole until it reaches the edge.
