Nutritional yeast is dairy-free and adds a cheesy flavor.
Dry roast whole macadamia nuts over medium heat until fragrant, then cool completely.
Grind the cooled macadamia nuts to a very fine flour texture.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine almond flour and macadamia nut flour, whisking to combine.
Add olive oil and salt to the dry ingredients, whisking to combine.
Stir in egg whites until well combined.
Add whole psyllium husk and mix until a smooth dough forms. Let the dough rest for 15 to 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out the dough between cling wrap until thin, aiming for a rectangle shape.
Score the dough into squares and transfer to the baking sheet.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until light golden, rotating the sheet at 8 minutes for even baking.
Cool on the pan before transferring to a cooling rack to crisp up evenly.
