1

Roast 500 grams of raw peanuts in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for around 15 minutes, depending on how dark you like them.

2

Let the peanuts cool down until they are just warm.

3

Use a tea towel to rub off the skins from the peanuts.

4

Pulse the seed mix (pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, and sesame seeds) in the blender on nut mode to break them up without turning them into a fine powder.

5

Add the roasted peanuts to the blender jug.

6

Add a pinch of salt to the peanuts in the blender.

7

Put the tamper into the lid of the blender to push the peanuts down into the blades.

8

Blend the peanuts on nut mode for a few minutes, stopping every minute to scrape down the sides until smooth and glossy.

9

Add the seed mix back into the peanut butter and pulse briefly to mix it through.

10

Pour the peanut butter into a sterilized jar and let it cool down before putting the lid on.

11

Store the peanut butter in the pantry for three to four weeks.
