Heat coconut oil in a deep pan and fry the cassava balls until golden brown.
Toast grated cassava in the same pan and add brown sugar to create a crumble.
In another pan, combine coconut sugar and water to make a caramel sauce.
Add infused coconut cream to the caramel and reduce to a sauce, then add butter and sea salt.
Roll the fried cassava balls in a mixture of cinnamon and sugar.
Assemble the dessert by layering the crumble, cassava balls, and drizzling with caramel sauce.
