Clean the machas under cold water to remove any sand.
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.

In a bowl, combine bread crumbs, grated parmesan cheese, black pepper, and salt.
Place machas on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
Top each macha with the garlic-parsley mixture.
Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the machas.
Add a splash of white wine to the baking sheet for moisture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute before serving.
Garnish with additional parsley and red pepper flakes if desired.
