1 teaspoon Angostura bitters
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1/2 cup mixed peel
1/2 cup spiced rum
