Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, egg, spinach, salt, black pepper, and half of the mozzarella cheese; mix well.
Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
Lay out one lasagna noodle on a flat surface; spread a portion of the ricotta mixture evenly over the noodle.
Roll the noodle tightly from one end to the other; place seam-side down in the baking dish.
Repeat with remaining noodles and filling until all are rolled and placed in the dish.
Cover the rolled noodles with remaining marinara sauce; sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano and red pepper flakes.
Cover the dish with foil and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 25 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
Let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving; garnish with fresh basil.
