Cook ground beef in a skillet until mostly cooked, then add chopped bell peppers and onions; cook until meat is thoroughly cooked.

In a mixing bowl, combine one package of cream cheese, half a cup of sour cream, and seasonings of your choice; mix until smooth.

Add a handful of Italian four cheese blend to the cream cheese mixture and mix well.

Once the meat is cooked, add two cans of tomato sauce, one can of canned tomatoes, and one small can of tomato paste; season to taste and add bay leaves.
