Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Cut the baked macaroni cookies into small pieces.
Layer the dessert starting with a layer of cooked apples, followed by golden bread crumbs, then macaroni cookie pieces, more apples, and finish with whipped cream and bread crumbs on top.
