1. Echar en la batidora o robot de cocina un vaso de picos de pan, un buen chorro de vinagre, medio diente de ajo, un poco de sal, una peladura de naranja y el zumo de media naranja.

2. A continuación añadir el tomate, que debe estar bien maduro. Para su receta Gipsy Chef utiliza tomate pimiento, tomate pera y tomate cherry, que en total hacen un kilo.

3. Echar medio vaso de aceite y triturar hasta que la textura sea lisa y cremosa.

4. Para la guarnición, cortar un fuet a taquitos pequeños y echar a la sartén con un poco de aceite. Cocinar con un huevo hasta que quede una especie de revuelto.

5. Servir el salmorejo en un plato y añadir por encima el revuelto (que debes haber cortado en frío en trozos pequeños) y unas aceitunas troceadas.
