Mix ice cold water with the same amount of corn starch and set aside.
In an Imusa mini sauce pan, add pineapple juice, red wine vinegar, sugar, and salt, then mix it up.
Bring the mixture to a simmer.
Once simmering, add the cornstarch mixture to thicken the sauce and stir until thickened.
Set the dipping sauce aside.
Fill a vessel (like a wok) with water and bring it to a boil.
Open the bamboo steamer basket and lay out a medley of vegetables including broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, and peppers.
Once the water is boiling, place the steamer basket on top and steam the vegetables for 4 to 5 minutes.
Serve the steamed vegetables with the sweet and sour pineapple dipping sauce.
