Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Once cooled, spread fruit preserves on top of the cake.
Whip cream until soft peaks form and spread over the preserves.
Dust with powdered sugar and cocoa powder before serving.
Garnish with chopped almonds and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
