Add 1 can of Coco Lopez coconut cream, 1 can of coconut milk, 1/4 cup sugar, a pinch of salt, and 1 tablespoon of coconut extract to the eggs and whisk until well combined.

Pour the caramel into a flan mold, tilting to coat the bottom evenly.

Pour the egg and coconut mixture over the caramel in the mold.

Add about 1 cup of water to the Instant Pot and place the trivet inside.
