1

In a large mixing bowl, add the two 8oz containers of lump crab meat, making sure to remove any shells.

2

Add 2 tablespoons of mayo, 1 ½ teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard, ¼ teaspoon of garlic powder, ½ teaspoon of salt, and ½ teaspoon of paprika. Mix well to combine.

3

Add 1 tablespoon of chopped green onion to the mixture and stir until evenly distributed.

4

Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a round patty, about ½ inch thick.

5

Refrigerate for 30mins-1 hour for a better hold.

6

Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Once the skillet is hot, add 2 tablespoons of oil and swirl to coat the bottom of the pan.

7

Place the crab cakes in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and crispy. Flip the crab cakes gently with a spatula to avoid breaking them.

8

Once the crab cakes are cooked, transfer them to a paper towel-lined plate to absorb any excess oil.
