1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
1/2 cup diced yellow bell pepper
1/2 cup diced poblano pepper
1/4 cup diced jalapeno pepper
1/2 cup diced celery
1/4 cup diced red onion
2 large eggs
to taste hot sauce
to taste salt
to taste black pepper

Spread crab meat over a sheet pan or cutting board and remove any shells.

Gently press out moisture from the crab meat without mashing it.

Combine the diced vegetables with the crab meat in a bowl.

Add prepared mayonnaise and a couple of eggs to the mixture.
