1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
1/2 cup green olives, sliced
1/4 cup raisins
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
